Case Study:
1-3 Fredricks Place

The scheme at Frederick’s Place comprises a sensitive refurbishment and restoration of the existing Grade II listed buildings, bringing them back into commercial use for modern City occupiers, while respecting the historical and conservation constraints of the local area.

Our scope of works comprised heritage hardwood sash windows, restoration of existing windows, floor strengthening works and the supply and installation of joinery including doorsets, timber wall linings, champagne stainless steel panelling, corian vanity tops, mirror units, kitchenettes and other general joinery items.
