Pre-Construction
We pride ourselves on the pre-construction service we offer clients and contractors, which comprises cost and programme advice, samples, full scale working Mock Ups for Washrooms and Fit Out projects, and fully compliant tender submissions.
Design Development
Our in house team of design managers and technicians can produce working schedules, drawings and details to push design information through to construction issue, and are competent in the use of Autodesk 2D and 3D, Radan, Revit and the co-ordination of BIM modelling. All of our team are from a joinery background which enables us to propose practical solutions which bring design concepts through to fruition.
Project Delivery
We have built a reputation for delivering the highest standards of quality and service right across the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects in the commercial, residential, health, education, retail, leisure and heritage sectors.
We have an experienced management team who ensure we repeatedly complete projects of exceptional quality, on time and within budget. Our joinery facility produces bespoke modularised WC duct and cubicle wall systems, fully finished and pre-plumbed to enhance quality and reduce onsite programme durations.
Over time we have undertaken larger and more complex projects, and their complexity has proven perfectly aligned with our structure and capabilities.
Mock-ups and Prototypes
We design and construct full scale working Mock Ups at our off-site facility for Washroom and Fit Out projects. Once inspected and signed off by the Client and Architect these are retained until the first areas are completed on site.
