This new build office and retail development stands prominently on the corner of New Bond Street and Bruton Street and comprises 17,500ft² of Category A standard offices, over 6 storeys, and a 4,000ft² retail unit at ground and basement levels. Our scope of works involved American black walnut veneered doorsets, wall panelling to lift lobbies, WC areas and the reception area, and a bespoke reception desk.
