The Marq - Dukes Court

The Marq occupies a prominent position on the corner of Duke Street St James’s and Jermyn Street and offers 46,000 sq ft of mixed use space. The Marq is one of the first buildings in the UK to achieve WELL Gold Certification and BREEAM Outstanding for office space.

Our scope of work comprised the joinery works throughout, WC superloo fit out works to all levels complete with all finishes, drylined walls, sub floors, floor and wall tiling, ceilings, Apli veneered duct panels, terrazzo vanity tops, mirror units, all sanitaryware accessories and fixtures and fittings. We also delivered the full fit out of the double height reception area incorporating terrazzo artwork designed by Jacqueline Poncet, natural stone zig zag wall cladding to the lift front elevation, stone flooring and Portico cladding, and the fit out of basement amenity areas housing lockers, showers and changing facilities.
