K1 Knightsbridge
The Knightsbridge Estate project is a mixed use scheme for the Olayan Group with an overall footprint of 340,000 sq ft across commercial, residential and retail areas, and also incorporates a new entrance to Knightsbridge London Underground Station on Brompton Road and step free access to the station, for the first time, from Hoopers Court.
Our scope of works comprised the full fit out of the Reception Area including the bespoke reception desk, traditional sold timber flooring, liquid metal finished wall panelling with intricate floral patterns machined by CNC, veneered wall panelling, shelving units and a sliding screen to provide flexibility to the space. We also supplied and installed timber doorsets and ironmongery, solid wooden flooring and wall panelling to core areas throughout the building, along with steel doorsets and metal riser doors.
